Promotional codes

Promotional codes granting waiver of the registration fee are available for patient representatives via a simple email to projectteam@laurea.be

(PhD) students are offered reduced rates. If these rates would be a limitation to join the symposium, (PhD) students can send an argued request to projectteam@laurea.be and get a promotional code to waive the registration fee. The scientific committee decides on this grant. 

Simultaneous translation

Because discussing treatments and patient care in your mother tongue works best, the Belgian ParadigMS symposium offers simultaneous translation of the plenary sessions in Dutch or French.

Join the conversation

There are several opportunities to join the conversation:

• Find an interesting project or research via our ‘poster place’ and reach out to the participant.
• Schedule a 1-1 meeting. 
• Submit your questions or comments to the speakers via projectteam@laurea.be. These will be handed over to the chair of the symposium.
• Ask your question via the chat or live during the symposium.

Professional moderation

As great ideas and expert opinions deserve to be cared for, we have invited Lies Martens as moderator of the plenary sessions of the symposium.

Registration fees

Fees listed in the table exclude 21% Belgian VAT.
Fees are the same for online and on-site participation.
